Author's note
NeoPan Squares, a free techno display font from Fenotype, turns each letter into a compact arrangement of square panels, clipped corners, and inset linework that feels closer to interface plating than ordinary lettering. That repeated construction gives the design a hard, modular rhythm, with internal seams and diagonal cuts creating the sense of assembled parts rather than smooth drawn strokes.
It makes immediate sense on game titles, electronic music artwork, sci-fi posters, app splash screens, and streaming graphics where that paneled structure can do more than plain sans lettering. Short headlines, logos, and section markers get the most from it, especially when a project wants a rigid, machine-built texture instead of neutral geometry.
