Author's note

00ne Slanx, created by neurone error of FontStruct, is a free barcode dingbat font built from stark vertical bars and occasional angled cuts. Its uneven bars resemble a damaged machine-readable code.

It is most convincing on electronic music posters and game interfaces, where the fragmented stripes can act as coded data, scanning errors, or part of a futuristic control display. For experimental packaging and science-fiction book covers, the same barcode motif can become a label, border, or technical symbol rather than ordinary lettering, with a deliberately corrupted industrial look suited to dystopian themes.
