Author's note

3 Lines, created by Frederic F. of FontShop International GmbH, is a free geometric sign dingbat font built from stark rectangular bars. The forms are blunt, flat, and sharply squared.

Designers working in minimalist visual systems can use these compact marks for signage, interface icons, and diagram labels, where their block construction reads as purposeful information. They also suit posters and electronic music graphics, especially when the subject calls for the severe geometry of control panels or industrial markings.
