Author's note

A Bite by Billy Argel is a free eroded display font with stout sans serif shapes and a forceful, battered surface. Dense letter bodies are scraped through with broad patches of wear, especially across their lower sections. Scattered flecks sharpen the impact.

Grunge and industrial graphics are its clearest territory, making it apt for music posters and action-game title screens. The rough, splattered finish can also echo distressed printing on streetwear and skate merchandise. For independent labels or rugged product brands, the lettering can become a stamped, damaged signature rather than neutral copy.
