Author's note

AE Al Arabiya, a free serif from Arabeyes.org, carries a crisp, editorial tone with a distinctly classical slant. The letters mix smooth, open lowercase forms with sharply cut, triangular serif details in the capitals, giving the font a quiet Arabic-publishing flavor without losing the feel of a Latin book serif.

It fits naturally in magazine headers, cultural posters, book covers, program titles, and short identity work where that mix of softness and formality matters. As a free font, it also makes sense for title cards, section openers, and brief pull quotes, because the pointed serifs and broad A shapes give short lines a clear, ceremonial presence.
