AE Arab by Arabeyes.org is a free serif font with a brisk editorial character and a slightly formal, old-style voice. The letters mix broad, open curves with sharp serif accents, so the rounded lowercase forms feel warm while the tall A and compact r keep the texture crisp and composed.
It fits naturally in book covers, cultural posters, magazine headings, literary branding, and short pull quotes where a free font needs a classic tone without feeling stiff.
