Author's note

AE Haramain, from Arabeyes.org, is a free classic serif font with a formal, bookish voice. The letters lean on strong contrast and crisp, squared serifs, while the rounded lowercase forms keep it from feeling severe or ceremonial.

It suits editorial mastheads, cultural posters, book covers, exhibition graphics, and short pull quotes where that measured, traditional tone helps set the mood. As a free font, it also makes sense for title cards, section openers, and initials in layouts that want a literary or heritage feel, because the contrast gives even a few letters real presence.
