Author's note

Aerolite CP Two is a free calligraphic script rooted in formal penmanship, but drawn with unusually extravagant movement. Its steep slant, razor-fine joins, sharp thick-to-thin changes, and long hairline loops give the lettering an airy but elaborate silhouette across the line. Tall swashes sweep far beyond the main strokes, and rounded inner curves keep the dense capitals from looking stiff at the center.

Packaging is its strongest medium, especially perfume labels and confectionery boxes, with wedding invitations and fashion editorials offering equally convincing settings for its long dramatic flourishes. On bottles, the lettering can become an engraved-style emblem.
