Author's note

AEZ Blocky by Anastacia E. Zittel is a free distorted display font built from blunt, irregular letterforms. Its strokes shift sharply in width, with sliced corners and uneven edges that resemble rough-cut paper. The broad, angular shapes have a restless handmade look.

A concert poster is an especially good setting for this lettering, since its jagged silhouette suits punk, experimental music, and DIY event graphics. It can also shape record packaging and streetwear branding, where the uneven forms can become a recurring product mark rather than ordinary type.
