Author's note

Amanerd by Christoph Windmueller is a free pixel display font built from dense grids of crossing strokes. The blocky capitals have stepped edges and open gaps, plus a woven, screen-like texture.

It is strongest in game title cards, where its coarse digital structure can become part of the interface. The same construction suits music graphics and technology event posters. Its arcade-era forms speak directly to audiences drawn to retro games and early computer imagery.
