Ampad Regular Font

Ampad from Gilmore's Gallery is a free Gothic display font with towering, high-contrast forms and a severe theatrical silhouette. Broad verticals meet needle-thin bars and looping lower flourishes in an ornate, deliberately unruly design.

It is especially suited to horror and dark fantasy posters, where the exaggerated strokes can become part of the title artwork. The same ornate structure suits album covers and theatrical event graphics. Those deep curls echo vines, hooks, or wrought iron, a useful motif for gothic merchandise and illustrated packaging.
