Andromeda Strain, created by Tibor Lantos of FontStruct, is a free futuristic display font built from broad, modular strokes and rounded rectangular forms. Its smooth curves, squared proportions, and tightly engineered joins give the caps the look of lettering cut for a spacecraft panel.
Science fiction is its natural territory. The recurring capsule-like shapes suit game interfaces, film posters, technology branding, and electronic music artwork, where the lettering can echo control panels and machine housings.
