Author's note

Aquarion by Gary Munch of Microsoft Corporation is a free humanist sans serif with tall, open letters and softly changing stroke widths. Its narrow curves and gently uneven shapes give the alphabet an informal, drawn quality.

Simple line illustrations share the lettering's light contours, making it a useful match for museum posters, children's publishing, and cultural event graphics.
