Author's note

Arapey Italic by Eduardo Tunni is a free high-contrast serif font with a poised, literary slant. Its tall, narrow capitals combine broad vertical strokes with exceptionally fine hairlines and crisp, tapered serifs. The lowercase forms move more freely, with sweeping curves and a notably deep italic f.

Book covers are its strongest setting, especially for literary fiction. The same refined tension suits cultural posters, fashion editorials, and formal invitations. In publishing or boutique branding, the lettering can establish an elegant, slightly unconventional identity.
