Author's note

Arev Sans Oblique, Tavmjong Bah's free humanist oblique sans serif based on Bitstream's 2003 design, has a plainspoken modern tone with an easy forward lean. The letters feel open and unforced, mixing rounded curves with straightforward cuts so the slant reads practical rather than flashy.

That makes it a natural choice for interface labels, editorial sideheads, presentation slides, app mockups, and packaging systems that need motion without drama.
