Author's note

ATRON by Boris Moser is a free techno display font built from broad geometric strokes and sharply clipped corners. Its squared forms resemble segmented machine lettering, with deliberate breaks interrupting several joins. The silhouette is rigid and unmistakably electronic.

Digital graphics are its most natural setting, especially game interfaces and electronic music artwork that can use the letters like custom display hardware. The same angular build suits science-fiction posters and technology branding. Circuit diagrams, grids, and hard-edged illustrations can extend the lettering's cutaway geometry into the surrounding artwork.
