Author's note

Aung San Burma font by Soe Pyne is a free Burmese-style foreign-look font; part of the Aung San typeface family, it writes with smooth, rounded strokes that feel like fresh ink pulled in one steady motion. The forms stay airy and legible, with gentle curves and open spaces that keep lines from clumping even at smaller sizes.

Using Aung San Burma shines on Burmese-language posters, cultural event branding, NGO and advocacy materials, museum or exhibit text, restaurant menus, book covers, and social media graphics. Set it a touch larger with relaxed line spacing to let the curves breathe, and pair it with a clean sans like Inter or Noto Sans for supporting Latin text-this free font holds the spotlight without getting heavy.
