Author's note

Averia by Dan Sayers is a free Celtic display font with broad, softly irregular letterforms and a distinctly handmade silhouette. Stroke widths shift noticeably, with pinched joins, swollen curves, and bluntly tapered ends appearing throughout the lettering. The result is warm and slightly eccentric.

Independent food and drink brands could use its rounded forms for pub signage, bottle labels, and festival posters with a folk-inspired slant. It also suits book covers and music merchandise, since the uneven contours connect historical or acoustic themes with an informal, contemporary drawing style rather than strict period revivalism.
