Bangers by Vernon Adams is a free comic-style sans serif with tall, heavy letters and a pronounced forward lean. Uneven widths and springy outlines give the lettering the punch of hand-drawn sound effects. Its tight forms feel loud and immediate.
Poster headlines are its strongest role, especially for comedy events and action-themed entertainment. Merchandise and game graphics also suit its exaggerated impact, linking each application through the same fast, boisterous comic-book character.
