Baroque Script is a free formal calligraphy font with sweeping loops and sharply contrasted strokes. Its flowing lowercase forms lean forward with smooth joins and long tapered exits. Large capitals are especially ornate, with flourishes that curl around the main letterforms.
Wedding invitations and luxury packaging draw on its courtly ornament and graceful movement. Music posters and theatrical graphics take on a dramatic, hand-lettered signature through the exaggerated swashes. In editorial design, it suits cover lines and feature openers for historical or romantic subjects.
