Author's note

Bean Pole from DJBFontography is a free handwritten font with exceptionally tall, narrow letters and a light, uneven stroke. Rounded loops soften the stretched proportions, and small shifts in width keep the lettering personal rather than mechanical. Its compact footprint is especially distinctive.

Used as a handmade label, it can give cafe packaging, market signage, and event posters the look of lettering drawn onto a tag or chalkboard. The same upright, informal shapes connect those uses with recipe cards and craft branding, where a slim silhouette suits personal presentation.
