Bevelluzian by Gene Buban of FSI FontShop International GmbH is a free patterned initial font built from dense checkerboard ornament. The broad letterform resembles a tiled mosaic, with crisp right angles across most of its surface. Small concentric diamonds break up the grid with a playful optical effect.
The lettering can become an illustrated emblem for posters, game packaging, or music merchandise. The repeating squares echo pixel art and geometric borders, turning lettering into part of the artwork.
