Author's note

Bikang Struck by Adien Gunarta of FontStruct is a free rounded sans serif with stout monoline strokes and dramatically softened ends. Uneven widths and narrow gaps keep the alphabet lively.

As a display element, it can turn a logo or event poster into a chain of interlocking tubular shapes with a jaunty mechanical pulse. The same friendly geometry suits children's packaging and music artwork, and in magazine design it can make cover lines feel more like drawn lettering than neutral type.

Bikang is a traditional Indonesian cake.
