Author's note

Bilbo by Robert E. Leuschke of TypeSETit, LLC is a free calligraphic script with a slender, quick-moving line. Tall capitals sweep above and below the smaller letters, and the changing stroke widths give the writing an elegant but relaxed cadence.

Its personable penmanship can soften boutique packaging and wedding stationery, yet it also has enough theatrical flair for book covers and music posters. The long entry strokes and looping capitals can become part of a border or flourish, linking the lettering directly to decorative illustration.
