BIT.TRIP SMALL by FerreTrip of FontStruct is a free pixel font built on a strict grid from stark rectangular modules and hard right angles. Its broad, squared caps have abrupt notches and compact interior gaps, producing the blunt silhouette of an early arcade display.
It can turn a game title into part of the interface, with the letters reading like tiles assembled on a low-resolution screen. That same block construction suits electronic music artwork, event posters, and retro merchandise, where the stepped cutouts can echo sprites, score panels, and other pixel graphics.
