Black Label Pixel by Frederic Rich is a free, light pixel font with tall proportions and a stark early-computer profile. Narrow strokes and open letter shapes give the design a lean, slightly coded appearance.
It can shift convincingly between retro game interfaces and electronic music posters, since the drawing feels technical rather than toy-like. Uneven character widths keep longer display lines lively and recall homemade software screens. The same stripped-back look also suits album artwork, technology event graphics, and arcade-themed merchandise.
