Author's note

Blistered Framed, created by Character from work by Aridi, is a free framed cartoon display font with chunky, rounded letterforms. Each character sits inside its own softly squared border, turning ordinary lettering into a row of compact badges. Narrow white cuts break up the dark strokes and add a playful, slightly rubbery finish.

The built-in frames resemble stickers, buttons, and comic interface icons. This makes the font especially apt for toy packaging, children's posters, game menus, and novelty merchandise. Across these uses, the repeated badge shape links the lettering to products and pictures built from bold, self-contained graphic elements.
