Author's note

Blockbaq Inverted, designed in 2013 by Joshua Brooks, is a free techno display font with sharply cut faces, slab-like top planes, and deep three-dimensional shadows. The tall, narrow letters have a severe architectural silhouette.

A gaming studio or electronic music label could use it to establish a hard-edged futuristic identity. The dimensional facets also suit science-fiction posters, album packaging, and arcade event graphics, where the lettering can echo metallic machinery or illuminated display hardware. Its most convincing role is a title treatment that feels engineered as an object rather than simply printed.
