Author's note

BMUGAsianFont is a free Japanese-inspired display font built from broad geometric strokes and sharply sliced forms. Rounded masses, long horizontal bars, and abrupt wedges give the lettering the look of kana reassembled as modern graphic symbols.

It is strongest on posters, where its silhouettes can become artwork rather than simple titling. Its cut-paper quality also suits experimental music graphics and streetwear branding. For game interfaces and event merchandise, the broken shapes suggest speed and sudden motion.
