Author's note

Bookietastic comic-style by Yun González of G3Typefaces is a free comic display font with very tall, loosely drawn letters. Their uneven widths and gently wavering strokes keep the forms lively.

Comic book covers are its strongest setting because the exaggerated proportions suit expressive character names, speech effects, and humorous captions with the immediacy of hand-drawn lettering. It also suits children's packaging, event posters, and casual merchandise, where those deliberately irregular forms can become part of playful illustrations, signs, or mascot graphics instead of serving as neutral type.

It is also available for download from DeviantArt with six additional weights at a lower price.
