Boss M D, by Daniel Angermann, is a free geometric display font with a sharp 1980s poster mood. The letters mix concentric linework, open outlines, and cut-paper angles, so the font feels part neon sign, part hand-drawn logo, with each character pushing the geometry in a slightly different direction.
That makes it a natural free font for record sleeves, event flyers, fashion branding, title cards, and short cover lines where a few letters can carry the whole look. It also suits monograms and wordmarks well, because the striped diamonds, zigzag joins, and airy outlined forms give even brief settings a graphic, almost emblem-like presence.
