Author's note

Bowlby One by Vernon Adams is a free heavy sans serif with broad, tightly packed letters and a blunt, poster-cut silhouette. Its shapes are sturdy but not rigid, with softly rounded joins and small interior spaces. The weight feels emphatic and slightly playful.

On packaging, the dense lettering can turn a product name into a graphic for snacks, toys, or food brands. It also suits concert posters and merchandise for audiences drawn to loud, friendly display type.
