BPchubby, by George Triantafyllakos, is a free pixel bitmap font with a chunky, low-res rhythm that feels pulled straight from early screen graphics. The letters lean on tall vertical strokes, clipped corners, and little square interruptions, giving the whole font a bouncy, slightly awkward cadence that is more playful than strict.
It fits naturally in retro game titles, zine headers, poster blurbs, sticker graphics, and web badges where a free font can bring in that old-monitor snap without turning slick. Use it for short headlines, menu labels, or title cards when you want the blocky spacing and stepped shapes to do most of the talking.
