BP Typewrite Damaged Slashed Italic by George Triantafyllakos is a free distressed handwritten display font with an urgent homemade look. Its narrow letters combine blunt curves, loose proportions, and long diagonal cuts that leave a scratched, improvised edge.

Album artwork is its strongest setting, especially for punk, experimental, or underground releases. It also fits horror posters, game graphics, and rough merchandise. In publishing, the slashed strokes can turn a magazine cover line into part of an abrasive illustrated texture.
