Author's note

BP Typewrite Damaged Underscored by George Triantafyllakos is a free distressed handwritten sans serif with blunt ends, changing thickness, and uneven, ink-like strokes. Its narrow letters shift in width and alignment, and a rough, slightly broken underline runs beneath them as part of the design.

The underline also echoes hand-drawn borders in poster artwork. It suits DIY band merchandise, independent magazine covers, and casual event graphics, where the wavering forms suggest quick marker lettering. In those settings, the baseline stroke can become a drawn divider or trail rather than a separate typographic rule.
