Bright Lights Heavy Font

Bright Lights Heavy by OneOneZero is a free outlined comic display font with big bubble caps and a cheerful retro-pop bounce. The letters feel inflated and friendly, drawn with thick outer lines, soft corners, and little inward notches that keep the rounded shapes from going flat.

It fits poster work, kids' branding, party flyers, storefront signs, packaging, and short title cards where the caps need a buoyant, cartoon voice. As a free font, it also makes sense for quick cover lines, monograms, and logo sketches, because the chunky outline gives even very short words a lively, sticker-like presence.

Been fascinated with these Marshmallow-ish typefaces for awhile; decided to draw my own version. Inspired by the quirks and joints of neon-light signages, these characteristics which gives this display type its unique personality and helps make it more legible.
