Bulge Open by Typeface Awareness Center is a free outlined cartoon display font with a soft, inflatable look. The letters swell into chunky rounded forms, while playful inward bites and curled notches keep the font from feeling too smooth or toy-like.
It fits poster headlines, kids' branding, comic-style packaging, sticker graphics, and playful title cards where short words need a puffy silhouette with a little mischief.
