Calligra Phillip by JJW van der Ham of JOEBOB graphics is a free handwritten font with an energetic, inked silhouette. Its changing stroke widths and sharp turns give the letters a brisk, cut-paper edge. Tall strokes rise dramatically.
On posters and music packaging, the lettering can supply a raw, performance-driven title treatment, with angular joins that echo expressive illustration. It also suits festival graphics and independent fashion branding, linked by the same mix of sweeping motion and pointed, rebellious details throughout.
