Author's note

Carybe by Genilson Lima Santos is a free handwritten display font with loose, oversized forms and an unmistakably hand-drawn pace. Its strokes swell and taper unevenly, creating broad curves, blunt joins, and quick directional changes. Irregular widths and shifting angles give each letter a lively, unpolished outline on the page.

Its casual marker-lettering character suits music posters, festival graphics, and streetwear merchandise, especially in projects shaped by independent music and street culture. It also makes a convincing choice for food packaging and venue signage, but posters are its strongest setting because the broad silhouettes read as both lettering and spontaneous graphic marks.
