Casio fx-7800GC, created by zeldarayman of FontStruct, is a free pixel font modeled on handheld calculator screens and early digital displays. Separated square blocks give the letters a strict, angular grid.
It is especially convincing in game interfaces, where the block-built lettering can suggest score panels, inventory screens, and vintage hardware readouts with very little decoration. Album artwork, technology event posters, and retro-themed merchandise can draw on the same broken grid to recall electronic instruments and low-resolution graphics, linking these settings through a shared digital vocabulary of buttons and screens.
