Chave, credited to Isabel Fernandez and vectorized by Juan Casco, is a free handwritten display font with tall, restless lettering. Its narrow shapes lean and bend at different angles. Long vertical strokes and sudden changes in width give the line an improvised, marker-drawn edge.
Posters are its strongest medium, especially for underground music, youth events, and independent film promotion. The same raw lettering can shape album artwork and merchandise tied to punk, garage rock, or other deliberately unpolished scenes.
