Chicken Butt by Tom Ledin is a free comic display font with tall, uneven letters and a lively hand-drawn slant. Diagonal hatching gives the inner shadows a scratchy, inked texture.
The crosshatched treatment lets the lettering become part of comic illustrations rather than a separate caption. It suits humor posters, snack packaging, children's event graphics, and playful merchandise. Comic covers are its clearest fit, especially when the lettering echoes the artwork's inked texture.
