Author's note

Chinatoo by Paulo W is a free Asian animal dingbat font featuring ornate creatures and nature symbols drawn with an old printmaking flavor. Curled lines and dense ink give each figure a carved, emblematic look.

On packaging and merchandise, the pictorial set can turn a label or garment graphic into a miniature decorative scene. Its dragons, phoenixes, butterflies, birds, and rolling waves also suit festival posters and restaurant graphics connected with East Asian themes. Because the symbols read as self-contained crests, they can become the main mark for tea brands, martial arts studios, or cultural events rather than ordinary lettering.
