christelLine Black by JJW van der Ham of JOEBOB graphics is a free cartoon display font built from broad, rough, softly rounded letterforms with hand-cut edges. Irregular slash-like cuts make every stroke look scraped and striped.
Packaging is an especially good medium for its scratchy, almost carved texture, particularly for playful food brands and children's products. It also suits comic publishing, game graphics, and indie music merchandise, where the striped cuts can become part of an unruly illustrated theme.
