City Life by Janice Faucher is a free distorted display font with tall, high-contrast serif forms split by sharp horizontal breaks. Fine lines interrupt the broad strokes.
Its fractured fashion-editorial look suits album artwork and event posters with an experimental edge. The repeated slices also make strong cover lines for style magazines, where the lettering can echo cut-paper collage or disrupted photography. For boutique branding and apparel graphics, those broken bands turn the name into part of the image.
