Classic Mosaic by Oleg Khalimov is a free decorative display font whose stately serif letters are assembled from irregular tile-like pieces. Their broken contours recall mosaic paving, and uneven gaps lend each stroke a handmade texture. The capitals feel formal at a distance.
Packaging is a natural medium for it on specialty foods, museum goods, and craft products linked to stonework or classical ornament. On posters and event graphics, the tiled lettering can become part of a brand emblem.
