Clipped by Ashley Smith is a free experimental monoline calligraphy font built from fine, looping strokes. Intentional breaks interrupt the letters, and uneven heights give the writing an airy, eccentric profile.
Its spare lines can echo fashion sketches in editorial spreads and boutique branding. The unusual silhouettes also suit album covers and art-event posters, where lettering can become part of the illustration. Those clipped gaps make the font apt for themes of interruption, fragility, or reconstruction.
