Author's note

Code Xero, created by Xero Harrison of fontvir.us, is a free barcode dingbat font built from rigid vertical bands and compact geometric symbols. Its narrow stripes, squared bends, and abrupt shifts between dense and open areas suggest machine labels, circuitry, and coded industrial markings.

Packaging is its clearest setting, especially for electronics, experimental music releases, and technology event graphics that benefit from an encoded, mechanical surface. The repeated bars can extend into border patterns, panel dividers, or diagram-like illustrations, so the symbols become part of the technical imagery rather than ordinary lettering.
