Author's note

Comic Book Bold Italic by Neale Davidson is a free comic display font with the force of hand-inked sound effects. Its broad, sharply slanted letters push forward with uneven curves and clipped joins. The drawing feels fast and emphatic.

A comic shop or action-focused entertainment brand could use it for posters, merchandise, and game graphics. Fans of superhero covers and animated title cards will recognize its punchy silhouette and action-first attitude.
