ConradVeidt by Bumbayo is a free eroded serif display font with the scarred look of badly worn type. Its tall, uneven letters combine fine lines with dark, rough strokes and blunt old-style serifs. The damage feels embedded in the printing rather than added afterward.
Themes of decay, mystery, and period drama make it a convincing fit for horror posters, book covers, and music packaging. Horror posters are its strongest setting, since the chipped edges and irregular ink can turn a title into a piece of weathered evidence rather than clean modern lettering.
